Beware when paying invoices Beware! I've received two incorrect invoices from this doctor's office. Both said we owed a patient's responsibility portion. The first error was for under $10 but when I got a second bill for $30 for a different visit, I thought I had better double check. Sure enough, it too was incorrect. After calling the insurance (Aetna), we found out the doctor's office did not apply the full insurance payment to the account. We ended up owing nothing. Consistently Overbooking If you like to wait minimum 1hour before being put into the examining room, then this is the office for you. Then another 15-20 minutes until being seen. This happened 8 times before we said goodbye and changed physicians. There were also THREE mis-diagnosis for my daughter for something as simple as psoriasis.
Wonderful Children's doctor Dr. Irvin is deeply caring and attentive. She takes the time to get to know our children and really listens to them. When she believes a referral is appropriate she unfailingly sends us to good doctors. I have the upmost trust in Dr. Irvin
You will not find a better pediatrician in SA My children have been seeing Dr. Irvin for several years and have always received excellent care from her and the other doctors in her practice. You are a name and not a number at this office. She is very thorough and listens to your concerns. Excellent care! We moved to San Antonio in the Fall of 2004, barely in time to start a new school year. Our boys had faithfully gone to a wonderful pediatrician in Austin and we were very unsure as to whether we would find the same level of care in our new town. Will Follow Dr. Irvin Anywhere My children have been patients of Dr. Irvin for the past 8 years since we came to San Antonio. Her patient and caring manor, good humor, and desire to get to the root of a problem are all qualities that make her a fantastic pediatrician.
