It’s the lack of visits that I’m complaining about. I am soon to have anterior cervical discectomy and Fusion surgery. A aggressive form of neuropathy that I will probably have permanently the rest of my days. Thank you Dr. Tate! This should’ve been diagnosed nine months ago. Your inability to come to work has cost me dearly! No I would not recommend you ever
I've never had a bad appt with Dr. Tate. She has helped with losing weight, she has always answered every question or concern I've had. Sadly I found out she was leaving UHP and pursuing something else. She will do well no matter where she goes, and I wish her the very best
I live in Bloomington, IL and was interested in finding a physician who would listen, interested in preventing heart disease and/or diabetes and would recommend alternative health solutions first and order prescription medication only when necessary. Dr. Tate met my expectations. I have switched to (WFPB) Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle and Dr. Tate is VERY supportive in my journey to this way of eating. My labs have all improved and losing weight in just a few months.
She is a very good doctor who does quite well listening to her patients. She is also very good about recommending alternatives to help with illness instead of just prescribing a bunch of medications like many other health care providers will do.
She misdiagnosed my daughter and caused her condition to get worse.
