Thanks to the staff at Lenscrafters’s! This was my first visit to this office. I was greeted right away for the check-in. There was only a few minutes to wait, which gave me time to scope out the variety of frames and zero in on a couple of choices. The exam was thorough and showed a slight difference from my previous prescription. The tech fitted the frames to my face and measured for progressive lenses. Everyone was pleasant and the space was welcoming.
Poorest excuse for an eye exam in my entire life. The "doctor" had me read four lines of a chart and copied my old prescription. Unfortunately when I received the new glasses, I found I was unable to even read street signs on the drive home.
Dr. Singer is a great doctor He is professional and knowledgeable.
