I cannot overstate how terrible of an experience I had here. I came here for a routine cleaning, and the hygienist who saw me and reviewed my x-rays was so unbelievably tactless in telling me that I had extensive bone loss and gum recession -- things I have known for years as I've seen periodontists before (and had gum grafts done), but she delivered the info in such a condescending and alarmist way that in most people it probably would have caused an anxiety attack.
