We stop using Dr Rentfrow. We had trouble getting our heart worm medicine for our dogs. I don’t think they liked it because we ordered it from someplace else. It took a week for them to approve the prescription When we took our dog into the office and mentioned this she lost it. I don’t know if she’s under stress or what but her attitude and hatefulness will stick with me for a long time.
Ruthie and I have been so pleased with Dr. Rentfrow and her staff thus far. After Ruthie's vaccinations yesterday, Dr. Rentfrow spent 20 minutes or more just talking over my big list of neurotic first-time mommy questions. She gave me some great tips and was very encouraging! I love this place and would recommend them to anyone!
Had been taking our pet to Dr. Rentfrow for routine exams, immunizations, meds, teeth cleaning for a couple years or so. Pet became ill, Dr. Rentfrow examined her, but did not diagnose specific problem - sent home to observe. A month later, on a holiday, our pet collapsed. Called Dr. Rentfrow & she referred us to an emergency 24 hr clinic. My 90 lb dog that is 10 1/2 years old had to have a tumor removed from his leg. Since he is older he is not as friendly as he once was and I was very nervous about leaving him to have the surgery. Dr. Rentfrow and her staff were truly amazing with him! They really do love animals and care about us parents. I have had bad experiences with vets that I felt did procedures that were unnecessary because they wanted to make money. I highly recommend this clinic if your animals are your babies. Dr. Rentfrow is an amazing vet, she loves animals and my babies loved her. My dogs tend to be a bit skittish at the vet but by the end of the visit they where sprawled out on the floor getting their bellys scratched. Ive never seen them so calm and comfortable. Theyre not out to get as much money as they can from you like some vets all they want is to help you and make your animals healthy.
After moving from Texas with 4 older dogs and a cat, we were apprehensive in finding a good vet to continue caring for our "girls". We had a "tooth" emergency and called them by chance as they were close by and open on Saturday. After arriving, they took my "Clover" right in. Dr. Rentfrow gave me as much attention as Clover and I learned that she went to school with my Texas Vet - now that was pure reassurance! Very friendly staff. Nice clean facility. Prices are at or below average but services and caring ARE NOT! Nice to see a small business that can give personal attention. My dog was so comfortable here... I believe she sensed the loving environment. She never behaved this way at the other vet. I, along with my dog, were very impressed. Keep up the good work Dr Rentfrow and staff.
Braselton A.H. is a wonderful clinic. Eveyone there isso nice and friendly. Dr. Rentfrow is so nice and she really gets to know your pet. She is the friendliest vet I have meet and i will always continue to use them!!!
