I am very upset with this DR. I went in for a regular cleaning with my dental insurance Humana which covers a regular cleaning and xrays every two years... so i was due for xrays and they started with that. After the xrays we discussed cleaning. I made sure to ask the girl at the front to check my insurance and see if the cleaning would be covered, she said yes but the additional cleaning needed after would not and that portion would be $160.00. LOVE the staff & doctor. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand.
I am terrified of the dentist. Linda was patient and explained everything. Filled my cavities with laser, no novocain. No pain! I will never go anywhere else.
my visit to dr.kronick's office was awesome she was very nice answered all my questions and was very friendly i will be recommending her to all my friends and family which i have done already i am very happy and satisfied with her work and work ethics and will be returning to her office for all my dentistry
