Dr Jones-Hicks is my daughters doctor in Turnersville and I have nothing but great things to say about her. I absolutely love her. She is so passionate about her patients and she truly cares. My 3 nieces also go to her and my cousins daughter. I would recommend her to everyone. She makes us feel very comfortable and makes us feel like family when we go see her. She is by far the best!!
I am switching pediatricians as soon as possible! The receptionist are rude, and my experience has been nothing but disappointing. The doctor doesn't introduce herself, and is very quick to get you out as soon as possible (not in the good way). They were very rude to my husband when he asked if he could make an appointment at 4:30 for our son who we think has asthma and they told him "she has a life too", Also, they aren't open even during the hours they say they are.
