The best doctor I ever met!! I moved to the Santa Cruz area in 2015 and luckily became under Dr. Lou's care. She is very kind, caring, easy to talk to, and so through. In the past, I have seen many different doctors in different departments in the Mountain View/San Jose/Los Gatos area; however, Dr. Lou is clearly the best doctor. She cares for each patient, and other doctors speak highly about her as well. I really appreciate all the care she provided for me.
