Linda Lawrence and her staff need to take a lesson on customer service. After having waited over an hour and a half, Dr. Lawrence finally came in. My son was cranky by that time and she made a comment about it and I explained it was because we had been waiting so long. Her response was this was "normal" for patients to wait this long.
