Linda Chin is one of two doctors in a small office. There are short waiting times, ease of access getting appointments scheduled, and the ability to quickly speak with staff. Everyone was cordial. Bloodwork cannot be drawn on site and an order is given to the patient for testing, elsewhere, by a local company. Dr. Chin is a good Doctor with a good bedside manner, however, don't turn 65 because she will drop you like a hot potato. It is all about the money!
I have been seeing Dr. Chin for many years. Before her I saw all military Dr. ‘s. It is much more pleasurable experience seeing Dr Chin.
Dr Chin is a very caring physician but, unfortunately she is afraid of that evil and half friendly loud Darla. My son and daughter -in-law left because of her so now I'm next. Don' t be fooled Darla runs that office completely everyone is terrified of her, she claims the managers name is Margaret but, I truly believe she is invisible she also violated my HIPPA privacy which I am looking into. This is the absolute truth... I DO hope that I can find another Dr Chin without Darla.
Dr. Chin is an outstanding and wonderful physician. She genuinely cares about the medical issues you are dealing with and is extremely friendly, yet very professional. She takes the time to listen to you and explains things very well and doesn't seem like she is in a rush to get to her next patient. You will not be disappointed if you are seen by her.
Amazing doctor wouldn't go anywhere else. Always makes sure I get the best care.
i have been a patient of Dr. Chin for 15 years. She is a wonderful physician. She treat her patients just like family members. Dr. Chin has a kind spirit and I appreciate all that she does to ensure that my health care receives 1000%. Thanks, Again Dr. Chin.
Dr chin is very nice, but the way they run the office is just wrong. The people there know nothing about insurance. They outsource the billing so they have no clue. They make you pay $100 at the visit and if your insurance does pay they will not reimburse you. Instead they will credit your account. They will not take the money for your deductible from your fsa or hra account. It is the most ridiculous excuse of how to run a medical office I have ever seen. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
I have been a patient of Dr. Chin's for a number of years and today was it! Her office staff often refer to an "office manager" who is really her staff member Darla. They have continually billed incorrectly for an unnecessary screening and it had been done at another doctor I use just 2 weeks prior. Dr. Chin has always been great but her office staff has made it impossible to deal with them any longer! I will no longer use Dr. Chin because of her poor office staff!
