I would not say the front desk is ALWAYS pleasant, but Dr Lau is a fantastic doctor.
Dr Lau has been my dr for many years. I would go to no other. She saved my life. Thank you Dr Lau.

Terrible customer service.... Takes FOREVER to get through on the phone. Nothing but elevator music, hang-ups, and "black hole" They call you at close of business on a Friday with "cliffhanger" medical news and say to call back... without any explanation - or even bother to call you back when they say they will. This practice has jumped from "one ownership group to another"...stay clear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
