My husband had an appointment scheduled for almost 2 weeks already (tooth removal) and we got informed just hours before the appointment came up, that they can't do it today, asking us to reschedule for 2 weeks ahead. Before leaving Illinois I had a tooth extraction by Dr Himes. She did a bone graph and the plan was to get an implant. I went back after the planned scheduled time for the pin placement. At that time she informed me that I didn't have enough jaw bone to do the procedure. So for several months I was toothless. Made no sense based on what she'd done up to this point. Dr. Hime and staff are truly wonderful. They make you feel so comfortable and explain everything about your procedure before it is done. Pain free and great follow up. I highly recommend Dr. Hime for any oral surgery procedure you may need.
Couldn't be happier with the care and compassion of the entire staff!! Both my brother and I have entrusted them with wisdom teeth removal and recently both my children have had extractions. Dr Hime was able to get us in on short notice, provide excellent care (even for my scary self), they followed up with us after the pocedure. This is the place to go if you need a personable oral surgeon!
