She did not take my concerns seriously and even made fun of them. She did not refer the specialists but rather recommended to buy over the counter drugs for them.
Dr. Strong is WONDERFUL; knowledgable, caring, empathetic, and just as important she describes things in a language that a non medical patient can understand.
She truly cares about her patients specially the complex. She has called me after hours regarding issues that my family member has had. She is busy--at first I thought she didn't care as she was rushed and it felt like we were in her way. But the more we see her that is not the case. It is hard to get urgent appts and the office does not always pick up the phone- but might call you back the same day-or a few days. But that is not a reflection on her-its the reflection on the front desk.
I LOVE HER!!! She is smart AND has great bedside manner. She is sweet and funny and never makes me feel like she is rushing me through my visit. I can't think of one single thing that would made Dr. Strong any more of a great doctor!!!
For over a decade, I've accompanied my elderly mother to see Dr. Strong and usually sat in the room during appointments. Dr. Strong's knowledge, patience, compassion and experience are all five-star in my opinion. Being a doctor is not an easy profession, nor is it easy serving as a staff support person. That said, our experience with Dr. Strong is consistently excellent.
