The receptionist is always brusk and unfriendly and seems angry all the time. Other staff is very good. They are very responsive, but when the office is not open, not even an answering service is available. I am generally very satisfied with my visits, even though I usually only see a PA or nurse practitioner most of the time there now. They are very helpful and skilled. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
