Was very professional, knowledgeable. I didn’t have to fill up many history un-nessecary questions. She asked the questions in her office, excellent communications. Details as needed. Very well bed side manors. Very caring, very professional. Patient comes first dr and staff are wonderful.

Nor sure if she will see this, but I was saddened to hear that Dr. Badillo had retired, but I'm very happy for her. She took a very scared kidney patient and made me feel safe and supported. She educated me and put my mind at ease every step of the way. Her office was always light and comfortable. I'm very blessed to have started my kidney journey with her by my side. Thank you, Dr. Badillo! May you have a blessed retirement!

My elderly father had an appointment at Dr Badillo’s office today for which he has to drive about 45 minutes. When he arrived the office was closed. NO ONE alerted my father beforehand of the office closure today. When I called the answering service, the woman that picked up was rude. She said it was impossible to alert every single patient of the office closure and to try calling the office next week to reschedule.
