I was told three years ago by an ENT specialist that I should have studies done on my neck annually which has been full of suspicious nodes. That doctor moved out-of-state and I saw a new one two years ago. Just a hands on was done of my neck by the new doctor. These nodes can't be felt so he so no need to go further than that.
