The receptionist is incompetent and hard of hearing but still chooses not to acknowledge her incompetency and because of her inability to hear it cost me $75 and she refused to even apologize let alone acknowledge it. Due to this miss understanding I was not able to reach my expected dead line for the psych evaluation. Don’t let it happen to you make sure you scream really loud into the phone when scheduling an appointment!
I have been seeing Dr. Evans for about 6 months now and I can tell you this, she cares about people. She gives real time honest advice and has a very caring and non judgemental attitude. She doesn't play any games and expects the same from you. That's respect in my book. Don't expect a candy coated fantasy here, it's nothing but the truth. I recommend her 100%.
