Best Orthodontist in Dallas! – I have two children who have had treatment with Dr. Crawford. I have been going to the office for seven years and I can tell you it has been a really positive experience. It is no fun for kids to have braces, but Dr. Crawford made it as pleasant as possible. She speaks to the children to explain procedures and makes them feel extremely comfortable with treatment. Dr. Crawford has always been so patient with my kids, letting them know they are a priority. AMAZING Orthodontist!! Invisalign Elite Provider – Dr. Crawford is an amazing Orthodontist! She is currently treating my sister and I and we couldn't be happier with our decision to trust her with our care. Great Physician! – Dr. Crawford is a wonderful physician. My daughter has had several rounds of braces and her teeth are beautiful. Dr. Crawford is so knowledgable and I highly recommend her.
Do not go to her! – overbooked, over priced and all out rude front office staff. Went to Dr. Crawford for 2 sets of braces. For the first few years she was fine. THEN, once they moved to the swanky new office it all started to go downhill.....fast. The front office lost checks, records, you name it. Dr. Crawfords attitude changed as well. She is oblivious to anyones elses schedule. She is unable to keep up with the demands of her clients. We left mid treatment and have never been happier! I?m greatly saddened by this review.I truly enjoyed caring for her children.It's true our schedule wasn't ideal during our move. At the same time, 1 of my sons was severely ill & 1 was deploying w/ the Marines.I'm sure the stress could?ve been revealed.This parent decided to stop paying for her childrens treatment & informed me that she'd do everything possible to ruin our practice if I wouldn't treat them for free.I pray that this parent stops being dishonest & that she finds peace
