Dr. Linda Coleman has been my Primary Care Physician for over 30 years. I came to her as a referral from a physician friend, and from my first visit with her, Dr. Coleman has always provided compassionate and knowledgeable care, excellent advice, and follow-through treatment. Needed help with sleep. Had been unable to sleep for weeks and was getting shaky. Dr. Coleman was available right away via tele appt and prescribed Ambien, after taking all relevant information, including health history. The prescription worked. Much appreciated!
This is a GREAT office very professional an kind an goes out of there way to make sure you are taking care of an have everything you need as far as medication an referrals an just checking up on you when you leave the ER.. I had a really poor experience with this doctor and recommend others go elsewhere. I feel that their business lacks "system & process" and the people don't truly care about the patients. They came highly recommended by a very close friend, who actually recently found a new doctor due to his poor experiences here over the last year or two. I own a service business with over 1k customers so I know how an office should be run AND I know how employees are supposed to treat customers.
I found Dr Coleman by chance, as I was looking for a nurse practitioner I'd seen with the same name. I decided to stay as long as I was at the office, and am so glad I did. As an older male, I'd always seen men doctors, but the treatment and care I've been given at Dr. Coleman's office has completely changed the way that I view doctors. I've been seeing Dr. Coleman for about 20 years and she always takes the time to listen to my concerns.
This practice is very unprofessional and extremely out-of -control, the person that was drawing my blood for a routine check up was on her phone with headphones the entire time, didn't bother to pause whay she was watching on Utube to take care of me and didn't move her phone, I had to squeeze my arm on the little side table. Of course 2 weeks later I get a letter saying they need it to re-check my test. Also, the front desk is horrible, they say things like "my bad" or "shoot" on the phone.
I have been seeing Dr Coleman for nearly 24 yrs.. She is EXCEPTIONAL! I have a complex and rare nervous system disorder that any normal internal medicine doctor would simply refer you to a specialist, but not Dr Coleman. Dr Coleman takes the time and interest to analyzes your entire health profile and creates a individual treatment plan that at times is outside the box, and will work directly with specialists to ensure you get the best possible care. I cant recommend her highly enough!
Linda is an outstanding doctor with a great staff. She is brilliant, kind and takes great care of her patients.
