This was my first time seeing Dr. Chung and I will not be going back. She was not friendly she could not be bothered. You could tell she wanted out of that room. She had no desire to go over anything in detail with me about my visit. She’s cold, it was an absolutely terrible experience. This is a horrible doctor that I have ever seen. Once she came into the room, she just wanted to get out asap. The total visit is less than 10 minutes. She didn't even give me time to ask if I have any questions. It will take me long time to write all the details here. During our visit, she has no bedside manner at all. She makes me feel that she hates her job. I tried so hard not to tell her that if you hate what you are doing just find something else to do. I feel sad for her.

This Obgyn completely disregarded my symptoms and my tests. She misdiagnosed me three times. She always has her assistants answer your questions on the portal. The most painful Pap smear I’ve ever had, and didn’t care that I was in pain.
Dr. Chung is a very knowledgeable and thorough physician. She provides a very comfortable environment for you to discuss your issues and takes the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend her.
