Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
