I have enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Linda LaChance. She is thoughtful, listens very well and truly cares about her patients. I am going to miss her practice.
they do have portal access now; like most small practice they struggled with Covid, working at home, and at office to minimize staff and patient exposure. And a benefit of this is you can ow get Telehealth for Covid safety, or with Covid risk reduced, you can request tele visit for your convenience.
The Doctor and PA are wonderful. Where they fall short is in technology. They do not have portal access for patients to communicate through. The billing person{s?} are another shortfall. They do not call back and send out incorrect billing statements. I received one of these which is very confusing and distressing to say the least. When I called to speak to the biller, The biller does not seem to be in the office and has to call me back. It takes me at least 2 CALLS TO GET THE BILLER TO CALL ME BACK.
