My experience at the Family Medicine Office was quite nice. I went for a physical in order to obtain a South African Visa and although they had never done this type of exam they were very proactive. Dr. Hensley was very excited for my trip to South Africa and was polite. Because I had an appointment, I did not have to wait very long. They began the process right away. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. .
