The first time I went to see Dr. Guzzo I had to wait 45 minutes to see her. Her staff only sent her a reminder 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. The second time I waited another 30 minutes and then left. The third and final time I stuck it out and was kept waiting for almost an hour. Dr. Guzzo also knew I was using my benefits and it had run out, but kept asking when I would be back. I would not recommend her as she does not seem to respect her clients' time.
