Wonderful practice, both doctors are great and knowledgeable. I delivered with Dr Lin Vikner, she was very patient, caring and delicate. Office staff is very friendly and helpful as well, and pretty much no wait times!
Does not listen to patients concerns at all. Is very dismissive and does not look into what patients worries and concerns were - talks over and barely listens. Was supposed to get an ultrasound so they specifically scheduled me for when the machine would be there - machine wasn’t there and was given a regular annual appointment, when I was there for menstrual concerns and got no help (3rd time asking for help on the same issue)
I love Dr. Lin Vikner! She is the best!!
I had a terrible labor experience due to the extremely rude behavior few years ago. My labor took place at night, and she frequently complained about being on the night shift. Throughout the night, her demeanor was cold, and she refused to answer my questions. When she broke my water, it was done in a rude and painful manner, I had the same procedure for my first child with another doctor, and I hardly felt anything.
