Does not listen to patients concerns at all. Is very dismissive and does not look into what patients worries and concerns were - talks over and barely listens. Was supposed to get an ultrasound so they specifically scheduled me for when the machine would be there - machine wasn’t there and was given a regular annual appointment, when I was there for menstrual concerns and got no help (3rd time asking for help on the same issue)
I love Dr. Lin Vikner! She is the best!!
I had a terrible labor experience due to the extremely rude behavior few years ago. My labor took place at night, and she frequently complained about being on the night shift. Throughout the night, her demeanor was cold, and she refused to answer my questions. When she broke my water, it was done in a rude and painful manner, I had the same procedure for my first child with another doctor, and I hardly felt anything. Best Obgyn, excellent staff and outstanding service
I can’t find enough good words to say about Dr. Lin Vickner and Dr. Louisa Vickner. For starters, I have never waited more than a few minutes for an appointment. They are timely and prompt but somehow take their time in every appointment. I often felt like I was their only patient from how much care they provided me and their kind (and quick!) responses. They provide so much comfort, incredible bedside manner, and so much knowledge and expertise. They are the perfect duo and I can’t recommend them enough!
