A mostly pleasant experience, visiting the office was overall good with not too long wait times, I appreciated the confidence of Dr Lin Vikner which put me at ease and the way Dr Louisa Vikner answered my questions in a very simple understandable way. Nurses who took blood, urine etc. were good. I wasn't impressed by office staff. They were okay. I would have appreciated more patience when I asked billing questions. I recenly had a visit with Dr. Louisa Vikner for my annual gyn exam. She is so kind, understanding, and listens to your concerns. She was very gentle during the exam, as I had requested, and she helped me start HRT. I highly recommend Dr. Louisa Vikner!

I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Lin’s office. A medical test that was performed on another patient was incorrectly assigned to me. As a result, the lab has been repeatedly sending me bills for a test I never took. Although the office later acknowledged that the test was not mine and said they had contacted the lab, this situation should never have happened in the first place.
