I was so delighted to receive a very friendly and welcoming greetings at the front desk. She is very personable, friendly, and courteous. Excellent experience at this dermatologist office. Myra and the staff were welcoming and the check-in process was quick. Olivia the PA took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for. The office is clean, organized and runs on time. Highly recommend!
My most recent appointment was not a routine follow-up. I had a new skin development and needed an evaluation. PA Olivia fitted me into the schedule and determined I needed a biopsy to see what was going on. The procedure was painless and left with a new bandaid! Thank you to Olivia and the staff for responding to my concerns.
