VERY POOR front desk service.
VERY POOR front desk service.
Just called and the woman that answered (she was on speaker phone) was Un understandable, very nasty and rude. Had to hang up the phone.
Horrible front desk service. Called twice. Immediately put on hold when the receptionist answered the phone without even a hello. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time prompting me to hang up. I just want to make a simple appointment. This type of customer service looks very bad on your practice. I will take my business elsewhere.
UNIMPRESSIVE to say the least. Dr Dougan has terrible bedside manner. Also, front office staff was rude af particularly the female with glasses and dark hair. The dr. gave very weird looks almost every time a question was asked. I came for a second opinion, but she was more focused on what the first dr. had to say. I needed additional info from pediatrician, she never offfered to call their office to get it. Overall, not very thorough and could care less about concerns.
