I have been seeing Dr lily for almost 12/13 years, what I love about her is her honesty. She was the only who told me my scar won’t go away. I went to several others who made false promises n charged me. She even diagnosed my pre diabetic condition before anyone else looking at my skin issues. I have taken my teen to her as well for his skin problems. She is an amazing doctor.

I am happy with Dr. Lily and the care I received, but I am very unhappy with the credit card fee policy. For services, at this price, credit card fees should not be passed on to the customer. I asked to pay by check and was told that the office does not accept checks, if check is not an option, then adding fees to credit card payments feels unfair. It’s also unrealistic to expect people to bring $2,000-$3,000 in cash for cosmetic treatments.

Dr. Talakoubi is primarily focused on money. She seems uninterested in listening to patients or their needs, appearing eager to move on to the next patient. She consistently overcharges, and the results are unsatisfactory. I have been visiting her only because she is a friend of a friend and wanted to support her business. However, I don't think it's worth driving 45 minutes when I can find better results closer to home.
