I was a patient of Lillian and I am disappointed to say that her negligence and lack of responsiveness made me feel completely disregarded as a patient. It consistently took her four to five days just to reply to simple questions, which is unacceptable, especially when it comes to health concerns. Dr. Lillian Ng was a good doctor a few years ago, but every year when I would have a health concern her care would diminish. Up until today, when I showed her results to testing I got which showed that I have heavy metal toxicity. I asked if I could get tested by Kaiser to make sure it’s real, and to discuss a treatment plan. She just responded saying they don’t test that in their facility.
