Tuve a mis dos hijas bajo el cuidado de la Dra. Liliana Palacios y nuestra experiencia con ella y con todo su equipo de enfermeras fue excelente. Siempre nos hicieron sentir escuchados y bien atendidos. La Dra. Palacios es muy profesional, amable y realmente se preocupa por el bienestar de sus pacientes. Super mala la atencion de la dra si es q se puede decir asi, desde q entro por la puerta empezó con una prepotencia q deje el consultorio de una vez. No vuelvo con ella, super mala su atencion y su decir es yo hablo asi.
Short and to the point, exactly what I prefer when I’m juggling 3 kids. I want to be in and out. She listens to everything I have to say and is very knowledgeable.
She is very straight forward and will tell you exactly what’s happening- no beating around the bush. She is caring and will take the time to listen to her patients.
Important notice to parents. Dr. Palacios has zero empathy. We called for her opinion regarding an emergency my son, who is her patient, is experiencing, and she told us to wait until Monday and that we, as parents, had to figure it out ourselves. She's supposed to be the doctor, and a pediatrician at that. From the first moment I saw her, I didn't like her, but I decided to give her a chance. This was the worst.
