Great experience. Very nice and very understanding and helpful. Only problem was very long wait time.
Been taking my kids there for years. Their customer service keeps declining. The new receptionists are not very professional or seem happy to be there. The last time I called it was very clear the receptionist was eating (could clearly hear her chewing loudly) and seemed distracted which is not what you want to hear when you call about your sick child. Our boys have been under the care of Dr. Calvin Lin for almost 2 decades and he has always been a good listener to our every concern. Will explain every medication's pros and cons and gives suggestions. His expertise makes us feel our kids are well taken care of. Friendly staff. Ms. Gina, Lizbeth and Michelle are always very accommodating in very visit.
