Overall good experience. Doctor professional and pleasant. Front staff polite but not very helpful or effective. Making a new patient refill all forms already completed and returned to office prior by email is not at all professional. Even when resent again in office just prior to visit...still not received? No....there is a problem with efficiency and communication. Some in-service training in order here.
We absolutely love Dr. Coppa and her staff! From the moment we walk into the office, the staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Coppa is always patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. My kids actually look forward to their visits, which speaks volumes! It’s clear that Coastal Kids genuinely cares about their young patients’ well-being. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful pediatrician!
