Disappointed with the front desk experience. The receptionist was cold, unwelcoming, and made no effort to be polite or helpful. You would think that for the amount we're paying for braces, the customer service would reflect that. First impressions matter, and this one was far from pleasant. Customer service starts at the front desk—it sets the tone for the entire visit. They are very well organized and they took good care of my nephew. Its our first time experiencing with braces and they took their time to explain every step of the way. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff.
