Nursing staff very respectful and best Dr I've had the pleasure of seeing as pain Dr and would highly recommend him I feel fortunate to b his patient I've been his patient for 3 years I believe his wife is his nurses and she also is very professional and caring always goes out of her way to make sure I am taken care of so please give dr tran a chance to b your Dr I promise u will b glad u did
My sister, a quadriplegic who's been on painkillers for 22 years, was told over the phone by Victoria, an office person on Dr. Trang's staff, that my sister had been rude to her. The story grew yesterday to including two incidents of rudeness on the phone, culminating in my sister hanging up on her. She's a quadriplegic: she CAN'T hang up a phone. Michelle who is his daughter runs the office terribly rudely she has no nice bone in her. They are practicing Medicare fraud over there. His office was little unclean and there was no actual individual patient rooms. I don't even recommend you get him as a doctor go visit his office first. Dr Trang is very nice but he needs to hire an office manager who knows what they're doing.
I agree with a prior comment that dr T is kind and wants to help being eager to help the patient and listens however another mentioned the office staff I think the wife has poor English skills but does scheduling and lacks follow through. The girl with good English I’ve been told is a daughter and she isn’t patient or thoughtful at all. Seems put off Had to talk to her several times because she communicates better just not very nice like Dr T is
Tried for two weeks to get a prescription refilled and never got anywhere. Office staff acted like they didn't care. Finally gave up and told them I would just do without and if I needed help again I would just find another doctor. they just said ok and hung up. Doctor Trang seemed to be okay but staff leaves a lot to be desired.
Dr.Trang is compassionate and takes time in his office visit. He is very professional and through. I would recommend Dr. Trang to friends and family.
