Late Nov 2023, I tried to make an appointment. The staff said that her schedule for 'November/December hasn't been released.' Whatever that means - it's late november NOW. The woman refused to even try to schedule for me and said I can try to call back next month. What kind of joke is this??
I've have chronic migraines, and started getting treated for them by Dr. Ong at the UNLV Health Center. She has been extremely helpful and supportive, and was willing to try a lot of options to make things easy for me. She's explains everything in details, and very attentive to your needs. VERY satisfied. Once I moved out of Las Vegas she went out of her way to help me find a new doctor.
