Dr. Vesga was an hour late for the appointment. I was talking with the receptionist and requesting that she reschedule me and refund me my co-payment. Dr. Vesga came out at that time (an hour later than my scheduled appointment). She had good bedside manner and I would have ranked her highly but being an hour late to the appointment -- which was then rushed because I had only 15 minutes pas-- was unacceptable. To boot, I was charged $327 for the visit -- an hour late and 15 minutes with the Dr.
She is very good about consulting with the patient. She has always returned my call with questions or consultations that day. The patient comes first.
