Horrible treatment and provider
Makes miracles each time. Bright and professional. The best
The doctors office is pleasant and clean and the staff is pleasant. After being seen I had to wait a week for the prescriptions despite calling several times. They use a specialty pharmacy and prescribe very expensive medications. I posted a review stating I did not recommend the office as I felt it was more monetarily focused than patient focused and the doctor called said she read it and sent me a letter acknowledging I need treatment but refusing to see me. I don't recommend.
Dr. Mack is an outstanding doctor - I actually followed her from her previous practice and have been sending my friends to her since then. They all come back with the same feedback that I want to give: Dr. Mack is incredibly caring, calm, truly interested in one's concerns and expectations and has just the warmest bedside manner. You never feel rushed and that is an absolute exception in NY... Plus, she is the best example of what beautiful skin looks like!
Great doctor! Beautiful office. She really listened to all of my concerns. She also helped me develop a cosmetic treatment plan that I was comfortable with. Highly recommend!
I am a current patient. I am not impressed. I have two more appointments I will go to in order to finish treatment but after those appointments I will look for another Dermatologist.
