Bad Doctor , she doesn’t give the patients enough time and she doesn’t exam the person , don’t tell about Lab results or X-rays - in general bad clinic

No one has been answering the phones at all!! Not even a machine for leaving messages. It just rings and rings and rings and than it disconnect? What is going on Dr. Li office? They have to answer phones. The patients need the phone for countless needs. My pharmacists just get the same ring no answer. We been trying to get through for a week. I need refills. I can't come in. This is bad that they do this. Is there a new phone number? What's going on??
Never answer the call always seems busy!!!! Horrendous, this has been going on for years now seems nobody cares.
