My youngest daughter chipped her permanent front tooth. Our old dentist never responded to my call. This dentist got us in right away & gave me a lot of advise - always saying "even if you don't come back to us". I appreciated the honest advise. I took my oldest daughter back for her checkup & plan to continue there. The staff was even very patient with our dental insurance mix up (we had coverage, but it couldn't be verified at the time).
