I was referred for a stress test by my primary to this clinic.The "lady" that called me from the clinic to schedule the appt was VERY rude when I asked if located in a hospital, then hung up on me when asked if I could have my test done in a hospital. I called her back because how mf rude...... and sure enough this place I've been too and REFUSED their service, ( wonder why) first of all I wasn't told I'd need an IV, the clinic is not sanitary enough to be drawing blood let alone placing IV's and then make matters worse the ... read more
I used to work at this clinic until I got fired. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to work at this place. It’s really unprofessional and out-dated. Dr. Shad is one of the worst primary doctor I had encountered! He ripped prescriptions papers when he doesn’t want to sign it as well as plan of cares from home health cares. He has a nasty attitude when it comes to patients. He always had complained about seeing too many patients.
