When I called this clinic a lady by the name of Margaret answered the phone, from the get go. Her communication was extremely abrupt and her tone was rude. After advising they were not accepting further referrals for this year. I went on to ask a question however she hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Rude & unnecessarily aggressive admin. All I wanted to know is how do I receive ADHD medication with a letter of approval from my GP as a new ADHD patient. But, we all have to deal with nasty people in life anyways. Moving on.
