Dr.Reid was an awfully nice man but I’m no spring chicken and he having had several root canals without any nerve pain ever, he must have had a bad day because he zapped my nerve four times doing one foot canal.
Dr. Reid and his staff were very professional. He made my root canal a pleasant experience. No wait time, a calm environment, and pleasant conversation all added to the experience. I highly recommend Bristol Endodontics.
On Monday April 29, 2019 I visited Bristol Endodontics and was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. I was then seen by Dr. Reid who took the time to explain every step of the procedure prior to it being done. I was pleasantly surprised to see such high tech dental equipment and the care Dr. Reid took to zoom in on the correct tooth that needed the root canal. I will highly recommend Bristol Endodontics. Once again, thanks to his friends office staff and to Dr. Reid for being so thorough/meticulous in his job.
Dr. Reid is an exceptional endodontist. I came into his office absolutely petrified to sit in any dentist's chair, only to leave pain free and with a new found confidence to continue on with much needed dental care. His exact words were, "I promise, you will not feel a thing." He was true to his promise. Since then, I have returned to his office for three other procedures. I have to mention I live two and a half hours away in Long Island, New York and I would not think of going anywhere else.
Dr. Reid was proffessional, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend him. His office is now on North Main St. In Bristol, CT
