Dr Horrell was my children’s dr their whole life ( 18 years )until I had to move out of Maryland . I would highly recommend him for his kind caring and compassionate service that he provides … We miss him very much .
Dr. Horrel has been treating my four children for 19 years and I have always felt he is a kind, caring doctor that takes his time to listen to your needs. Great doctor
Dr Horrell is a wonderful physician who I've had the pleasure of allowing him and his staff to care for the medical needs of my 3 children for the past 6 years, since moving back to Delaware from Atlanta and Omaha. He listens and allows me the time to express my concern. My children are now 17F, 11M and 9F. He's warm, kind and genuine.
