I've been a patient for something like 15 years - probably longer. I felt compelled to respond to these crazy reviews. She's a great doctor - I'd highly recommend her to anyone. You'll always have a few people who'll complain but don't pay attention to that.
She answered a text message from her husband in the middle of a complicated office visit with my 70 year old mother and I...and texted him back. Enough said. I do not question her intelligence; I question why she isn't retired.
Dr Miller has mixed reviews I see on here. But let me thoroughly warn you - she is 'knowledgeable' and 'thorough' with her patients, but when I moved out of the area, and had my documents and medical records forwarded, she has NOTHING. No records, nothing. She had no idea who I was every time I went to see her even though I saw her for over 5 years. Just ridiculous. Have been her patient for 10+ years. She has diagnosed conditions I was unaware of, does very good follow-up. She listens, responds, and demonstrates great caring for her patients. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Miller is an excellent physician, she is determined to establish the patients' health level and address the areas in need of improvement. I have been her patient for eight years and I am greatful for her care and following up on health problems. She is late with appointments, mostly due to attending unscheduled patients with emergency needs.
This doctor has the worst bedside manner and she has an attitude and rushes you out. She doesn't listen and is very short. patients are a doctor's customer and there is no way I would be a repeat customer to this doctor. When you already don't feel well, the last thing you want is for someone to talk down to you and not listen.
Dr. Miller is the worst Dr I have ever dealt with. She is too busy with herself and does not get back to the patient. She has a receptionist that has no idea what she is doing and is poorly dressed for a professional office. I would never go back to this person.
Bristly, brusk, poor listener, often distracted, dismissive, often absent mindedly repeated things during a physical she has called many times over the years with other pt's abnormal test results. We've argued and recently even shouted at each other. Conservative to the point of inertia after 5 yrs it took my cardiologist to control my b/p (L.M. never got a handle on my cholesterol).
