I can't go into this but she is a very scary person. She seems warm and genuine but she has no ethical standards nor does she have an 'eye' for aesthetics. Her face is so overfilled, beware of letting someone touch your face who can't see how warped their own is.
As a Christmas gift, my daughter contacted Dr. Gerstman's office in December to schedule an appointment for Microblading, she wasn't able to get an appointment until 1/31/19 and was told the price is $800. After the procedure we were told the price increased on 1/1/19 to $1000. I was to have a touch up on 2/28/19, I received a phone call informing me that in order to keep my appointment we need to pay the additional $200. This is such BAD BUSINESS AND WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!

I went to Dr. Gerstman recently for Botox. It was easwy to schedule the appt on her website and I was able to view the prices for all her procedures prior to booking. Was nervous bc it was my 1st time but she made me comfortable. She was easy to talk to and so kind. I was late to my appt and they asked me to come later but I had not read their message until I was already in the office. She was on lunch and overheard me say that I just paid to park and took me right in! Pretty office & kind staff
She is not a dermatologist. She cancelled my appointment on 2 different occasions at the last minute. She then proceeded to treat me for sun damage and left me burned with a laser she said would fix it When I complained she got argumentative as if it was my fault she burned me There is a reason her prior place (after doing some searching) medical aesthetics says its closed with bad reviews
