Dr. Martin is amazing. I drive a long distance to keep her as my oncologist. She's worth it!
If it’s a Friday and you’re still bitter, something’s wrong. John Muir could really use a retrain or hire a different person to answer calls from people who are sick. It’s interesting.
The staff for this office lacks professionalism. They fail to properly notify patients. The "scans coordinator" has failed, on more than once, to update me on the status. The last time, I told her not to call, when she failed multiple times to return calls that I had left. I just called and the Vallejo receptionist just keeps telling me, "I don't know" or "it's not my job". Seriously? No one can find a facility, not located in Vallejo, that can numb the arm before inserting an IV? They have never heard of Sutter Davis? Sutte... read more
