This doctor is amazing. Takes his time with his patients. He is very detailed and informative. Armando is great with selecting glasses and or Contacts. Christine is the worst receptionist I have ever meet. She consistently pulls wrong charts and if you catch her on a bad day, she will make sure that you know about it. She is the only person i would change to make this a 5 start review.
Awesome, awesome doctor! Great staff too! My daughters and myself have been using Dr. Harrell for 17 years. He patiently took the time to fit my youngest for contacts and she was not easy. Always willing to answer questions in a manner of which is completely understandable. Great personality and easy to talk to!
I have been using Dr Harrell for years on end, and will continue to do so. He is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and price is just right. It's the optometrist that I have used that I have been the most satisfied with. I recommend him highly.
