Dr. Sheffer messed up my crown 3 separate times and has the nerve to ask me to pay for X-rays and another crown again at full price, 10 years of medical school must have been a joke.
Awful customer service - totally incompetent, made mistakes with every single appointment. Dentist is also not great since I’m left with nerve damage now and probably need a root canal (at a different dental office, I can’t deal with them anymore)
