I had the pleasure of speaking with Monica on the phone, before my scheduled appointment. After speaking with her, I was at ease. I was in and out of the office in a decent amount of time, which was to my surprise. The office staff was very pleasant, and I was able to actually meet Monica in person, and thanked her for being so courteous. Great office, and great staff!
I had never had gastro issues in the past and was completely thrown by a sudden intestinal problem. Having prior doctors so cold and clinical I was pleasantly surprised to have Dr. Grauer so polite yet easy to talk to about what was happening. He was informative and answered my questions no matter how many I asked. The office staff were all very friendly and diligent in checking on information I had filled out on the forms. Thanks for renewing my respect for doctors and that SOME do care.
The worst Gastro in town. The waiting room is always empty, he is an awfull doctor , he’s on his phone all the time, going in and out from the room. Doesn’t pay attention to my concerns and at the end he didn’t even want to see me because I visited another gastro a year ago. Don’t recommend this doctor !!
Dr. Grauer is the best! He is compassionate, caring, and the best is his field.
Best doctor ever! He saved my life by caring and investigating what was going on in my stomach. It’s a long story. In conclusion he did save my life ten years ago and I still see him every year.
Dr extremely rude, accusatory and dismissive. Md and office spoke broken English. Waited for 2.5 hours overall for a consult, Dr left multiple times and last time never returned. Nurse appeared with procedure date with out consulting if that time and day would be acceptable. Dr has no sense of empathy or patient care and once I informed my preexisting health issues the attitude changed from average to downright rude. Would never recommend to anyone.
This was my 2-3rd visit. Waste of time. He needs to learn how to treat patients with respect. I was referred by PCP as as emergency but I had recuperated but still went. He was in rush to leave. Talked to me for few minutes and in and out 2-3 times, I don't know why??? He would ask questions and won't even let me finish and I was not even talking too much.,escorted me to exit door to talk , no satisfaction but I did let him know I am MD , may not be an expert. Not worth wasting time. No more him

-3hours waiting -extremely rude Patient went with uncle who was a physician in Cuba and the doctor asked him to leave the room. Never had happened before. -office music is R rated and says cuss words. DO NOT RECCOMEND
