El día que entendí la forma de trabajar de el doctor y su personal deje de criticar. Quiero una consulta sin asistentes, por lo que paga mi seguro merezco una atención personal, la recepcionista es amable y conoce a todos los pacientes por su nombre aún y antes de ver el nombre que pusiste en la hoja, te mandan mensaje para avisarte cuando están listos los resultados de tus análisis. Me cansé de doctores que se esconden detrás de sus asistentes y nunca te reciben en la consulta.
Very attentive, great Doctor. I was seen quickly and blood work was done the same day. Results were in shortly after. Very satisfied with the doctor & staff.
Great doctor and staff (I do understand they have 1 receptionist), but sometimes they don't answer the phone, but I'm happy with service when I've gone.
This facility is extremely busy and with little staff, they still manage to get the job and have great service as well. They are very helpful and nice even with the amount of work load they need to complete. Dr. Cantu is also very thorough in his screenings and visitations. I recommend this clinic very highly.
They never pick all calls. Sp if you need to reschedule or even check the time of your upcoming appointment! GOOD LUCK !
