Great doctor and staff (I do understand they have 1 receptionist), but sometimes they don't answer the phone, but I'm happy with service when I've gone.
This facility is extremely busy and with little staff, they still manage to get the job and have great service as well. They are very helpful and nice even with the amount of work load they need to complete. Dr. Cantu is also very thorough in his screenings and visitations. I recommend this clinic very highly.
They never pick all calls. Sp if you need to reschedule or even check the time of your upcoming appointment! GOOD LUCK !
I am a new patient of Dr. Leonel Villarreal Cantu, I am very happy to be his patient. He is not able to take on anymore patients. The only reason I was accepted as a new patient was as a result of a referral from one of his patients, my client. I am an insurance agent and will say that there are very few doctors like doctor Villarreal Cantu. You get to be seen by him all the time. There are no PA's in his office.
