Very knowledge and understanding, always a pleasure to see Dr. Moreno
Got very frustrated with my explanation and had my visit voided. Worst experience ever. Deserves no stars.
Dr Moreno has no people skills! I went in for a medical clearance and he embarrassed and humiliated me. He declined to give me clearance after being my primary Dr for several years . He walked out and told the receptionist to void the request and then turned around and out loud told the nurses he would not give clearance for Costmetics Drs! I was still standing there! Now I am running around getting all new medical appt not to mention more money spent to get my medical clearance I needed!
I was there 3rd in line and never got called got skipped by 8 people told the front desk I was going somewhere else cause they skipped me .she said ok thank you
Dr. Moreno is kind doctor. He takes time to be with you and he actually takes time to assess you. I would be glad to see him again.
